We are URGENTLY seeking mental health practitioners for the following States: Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, Washington D.C, & Florida. Our MA and CT waitlist continues to grow as our clients are patiently waiting to meet you.

MCS Candidates will be able to:

What are some day to day activities would be doing? Some example of work you will be engage in are:

Creating groups and co-facilitating with a multicultural center approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and strength-based perspective.

Creating group calendars and workshop development
-
Identify case management for clients to provide referrals, mindfulness practice skills, and follow-up communication.

Be given feedback from weekly supervision

Responsibilities:
-
Engage in multicultural perspective individual & group therapy as a master’s level student intern
-
Facilitate youth and adult workshops on various life skills and mental health awareness
-
Facilitate the clinical management of patients through the process of evaluation, diagnosis, consultations, and referral to the appropriate resources
-
Provide individual, group, family, and couple’s therapy, and crisis intervention as a master’s Level Student Intern
-
Identifies and monitors high-risk patients and expedites an individualized crisis management plan with appropriate community referral
-
Create individualized treatment plans according to clients’ needs and circumstances.

Follow all safety protocols and maintain client confidentiality
-
Be available to work some evenings
