When one makes that decision to seek emotional guidance, I understand the vulnerability and the bravery of that moment. While allowing one to take the time they need to reach their desires of the heart and/or identify what one desires. I’ve been working with adolescents ages 13-23, families, and couples for over 13 years. I specialize in those struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, and bipolar. I understand the need to connect privately, culturally, and ethnically in therapy. I have a special interest in working with professionals, multicultural populations, African-Americans, Caribbean-Americans, Hispanic, Biracial identities, transgender, LGBTQ populations.
What is Therapy?

message of hope

Soon you will smile again.
Soon you will breathe again.
Soon you will see your own beauty.
And soon you will be free to love yourself again.
This adventure we embark on in life comes with so many challenges. At times these challenges are loss, traumas, self-worth, love, health, and anger at our world. The challenges show up in our children, parents, partners, ourselves, work, our community, our bodies, and friendships.
At times we push and pull, we scream and cry, we pray, and we pray. And still, you rise.  From the beauty of your skin, the wisdom of your mind and the art in your heart is worthy for you to live.
You are worth life. Continue to be curious and create your own best human self.
My hope for you in this journey as you enter your own mental health wellness, that you free yourself from the birth of resiliency and you give yourself permission to be complicated, imperfect, vulnerable, to welcome a compassion of unconditional self-love.
With Love,
N. Campbell
